Mystery Shopping (aka Secret Shopping) is a way for businesses to measure their in-store objectives, monitor their frontline staff, and evaluate their customer experience. Mystery shoppers receive a set of instructions to assess associate interactions and measure customer standards without the stores’ knowledge. This information allows our clients to understand what their employees are doing right and reward them, and make corrections to areas which may need improvement.
