If you feel you are having trouble completing a shop and would like more information please contact our Field Coordinators. ICC/Decision Services Field Coordinators are available via phone Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5:30PM. Also, feel free to E-mail them at anytime and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you have any questions about the legitimacy of something you receive in the mail that indicates it is from us, call first to confirm with us that it’s real!
