David Rich - President & CEO
David Rich began his career in the May Department Stores, which he left in 1994 to start DemoWorks Inc, an in-store marketing company. He later merged with and then sold his stake in that business to All-Ways Advertising in order to devote his energies on growing ICC/Decision Services. He has since continued working to expand ICC/Decision Services' core business of customer experience management, and develop it into the kind of company the keeps clients raving. David has contributed articles to or been cited professionally in Smart Money, Progressive Grocer, Fortune, Food Trade News, Quirk's, Store's and Inc Magazines. David is a past president of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA) and an active member in National Association of Retail Marketing Services. David earned a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York.

Howard Seigelman - Vice President, Program Development
Howard Seigelman founded the mystery shopping business at ICC/Decision Services in 1981. Howard has also served for more than 30 years as a professor of Retail Management and Marketing at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, New Jersey, where he is also a former chair of the Department of Marketing and Economics. Howard has authored numerous articles on customer service. He is an active member of the American Marketing Association and National Retail Federation. Howard earned his BA and MBA degrees from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. |

Kevin Leifer - Director, Account Service
With experience managing national touring programs for the National Basketball Association, Nabisco, Coca-Cola and AT&T, Kevin Leifer joined ICC/Decision Services in 2000 as an account executive managing the retail apparel business. He worked in the direct management of the supermarket, drug and promotional audit businesses for ICC/Decision Services, then was promoted to his current position after significantly growing the retail apparel segment. Kevin has been an active participant in the MSPA since 2000. He earned a Business Administration degree from Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey. |

Craig Charters - Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Craig Charters manages the sales and marketing activities for ICC/Decision Services. Craig has over nine years of leadership experience in Sales and Marketing management with some of the world's largest market research and mystery shopping companies. He also brings over 25 years of domestic and international sales and marketing experience with industry leaders like Dow Chemical, Owens Corning, Johnson & Johnson and The World Gold Council. Craig has been an active member in the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA) since 1999 and currently represents ICC/Decision Services on the MSPA Marketing Committee. Craig earned a BS degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and an MBA from Pace University in Manhattan, New York. |

Bernie Slome - Vice President, Business Development
Bernie Slome has extensive experience across many facets of business operations management. He spent the past 20 years leading and consulting with companies across a wide variety of industries. Bernie was a co-founder of computer products distributor ABCO and worked with many of the nation's largest retailers and publishers, including CompUSA, Best Buy, Circuit City, Wal-Mart, Cendant, Intuit and Microsoft.. Mark Kutt - Director, Information Technology
Mark Kutt leads our Information Technology department with over 25 years of experience in strategic positions at ICC/Decision Services. He is directly responsible for utilizing the latest Internet, hardware and software technology to insure that that ICC/Decision Services' advanced operating system and robust reporting technology continue to be at the cutting edge of the industry. Mark earned a bachelor's degree from Allegheny College in Allegheny, Pennsylvania. |

Terry Vavra, Ph. D. - Advisor, Customer Centered Methods
Terry leads ICC/Decision services Customer Centered Methods initiative to help clients transform loyal customers to 'delighted' customers that will drive increased profitability. Terry is an internationally recognized customer satisfaction thought leader, consultant and the author of several books on the topics of customer loyalty measurement and management. Terry brings extensive academic and industry experience in customer relationship management and developing optimum customer retention strategies.
Vavra holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a Masters in Marketing from UCLA and a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
