    David Rich

    President and Chief Executive Officer

    David Rich began his career in the executive training program at May Department Stores. In 1994, he left that program to start DemoWorks Inc., an in-store marketing company. After growing that business by more than 500% he sold it in order to devote his energies to a new business and his current company, an internationally recognized customer experience management firm.

    David has contributed articles to or been cited professionally in Smart Money, Progressive Grocer, Fortune, Food Trade News, Quirk’s, Store’s and Inc Magazines. He is a past president of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA) and an active member in National Association of Retail Marketing Services. David earned a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York.

    Kevin Leifer

    Vice President, Client Success

    With experience managing national touring programs for the National Basketball Association, Nabisco, Coca-Cola and AT&T, Kevin Leifer joined ICC/Decision Services in 2000 as an account executive managing the retail apparel business.

    He worked in the direct management of the supermarket, drug and promotional audit businesses for ICC/Decision Services and then was promoted to his current position after significantly growing the retail apparel segment. Kevin has been an active participant in the MSPA since 2000. He earned a Business Administration degree from Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, New Jersey.

    Nanette Brown

    Vice President, Operations

    Nanette Brown leads client directed market research initiatives at ICC/Decision Services. She brings more than 26 years of market research experience and consumer insight in all aspects of Customer Experience Management (CEM) programs. She has designed, executed and analyzed countless consumer research initiatives throughout her career in the Market Research Department at Pathmark Stores, Inc.

    Her broad range of market research expertise also includes: customer intercept studies, telephone and website studies, and she is a trained Focus Group moderator. Nanette holds a B.S. degree in Marketing & Management from Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, New Jersey.

    Mark Kutt

    Director, Information Technology

    Mark Kutt leads our Information Technology department with more than 25 years of experience in strategic positions at ICC/Decision Services. He is directly responsible for utilizing the latest Internet, hardware and software technology to ensure that ICC/Decision Services’ advanced operating system and robust reporting technology continue to be at the cutting edge of the industry.

    Mark earned a bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College in Allegheny, Pennsylvania.
