HOW IT WORKS

ICC/Decision Services market research professionals consult with you to choose the fielding method best for you and to create a unique customer satisfaction questionnaire that focuses on the key elements of your Customer Experience initiative. Survey invitations are generally issued via client POS receipts or extended directly to customers by store personnel. Customers go on-line or call a toll-free number to participate in your survey. All data is verified for quality assurance, undergoes a two-stage analysis, and is reported on our website offering different administrative-level views of your results. Interim “data snapshots” can be prepared to answer specific operational questions.
