| What is mystery shopping?
Commonly known as "Secret Shopping", this is where you go to a
store and act as a typical customer. When you leave the store,
you fill out a survey that is custom designed for the client and,
in many cases, write a detailed narrative describing the visit.
The purpose is to evaluate customer service or product quality
and other specific details as requested by our clients. When we
receive the results, either through the mail, Internet or by telephone,
we compile the information and present it to the client. Important
decisions are made based on the information you provide, including
employee reviews or bonuses, training programs and product introductions
or changes. |
