ICC/Decision Services has been providing services to retailers since 1979. We partner with our clients to build and sustain customer loyalty through complete programs that include mystery shopping, customer intercepts, data analysis, compliance audits and competitive pricing studies. Originally, the company was composed of two separate divisions. Inventory Control Company (ICC) provided manufacturers and vendors with in-store detail work; and Decision Services was the market research arm providing quantitative and qualitative data support. The two companies played complementary roles in providing research and merchandising service. Both relied on a jointly cultivated national network of mystery shoppers and auditors. In 1999, the two companies merged to become ICC/Decision Services.
Our growth through more than three decades has been attributed to the strength of our customer service. We believe that flexibility is the key to success for us and for our customers - the ability to adapt and apply new solutions in an evolving market.
